Is Greed Good?- That question loops through my mind on a constant basis. When I question most people on their reasons being in the real estate industry, usually standard responses are money. People have the able to make a lot of money in real estate, this is true. However, people have the opportunity to make tons of money in any field they desire. I don't understand why they decided real estate was the best route to achieve this, if money is the only concern.
For me, I know real estate is a way to change the world. I honestly believe that s/he who owns the land, truly can control the board. Landlords have at their disposal the faith of the world. Now, I know this may sound extreme. The next series of blog post shall deal with this issue. Stay tuned.
